HOW TO GET THAT SUMMER BODY

Oh no, have you only realised that summer is nearly upon us and you still did not loose any additional kilogrammes? Do not worry, there is a lot of people in the exact same position. Instead of wasting any more time on complaining, let's go to work! 

Although remember, the most important rule is, to be honest with your body and try to take care of it the best you can. There is no point in starting a caducous, severe diet only to gain even extra weight shortly after. No. Today I will indicate you how to eat clean and healthy to keep your dreamt body forever. And remember, do not give up when you fail (and you fail, from my own experience), but forgive yourself the moment of weakness and fight even harder next time :)

WATER WITH LEMON FOR BETTER METABOLISM
Every day, straight after waking up, drink a glass of warm water with fresh lemon juice squeezed straight into it. It speeds up the metabolism for the whole day.

BREAK(NOT NECESSARILY)FAST
Do not skip breakfast. Really. The myriad of people does it, believing hard it enables them to lose additional pounds here and there. Nothing more misleading. Your organism needs the power to function properly and the shortage of food definitely does not help. Although remember to eat wisely, choosing fresh fruits and vegetables instead of milk and cornflakes (yeah, they do not have a lot of common with dietary food) or fat and stodgy meals.

DRINK A LOT
And definitely not a lot of alcohol. Try to stay hydrated and drink about 1,5l-2l of water every day. I usually drink about 3l but I do not drink anything else. Even tea or coffee. Categorically avoid drinks like coca-cola. I would recommend also to try to drink unsweetened tea or coffee adding a bit of cocoa or cinnamon. It really helps and smells amazing!



MOVE

Now, when the weather is favourable it is a great time to move a bit! If you are a great opponent of the gym (which I consider totally unfair, since it offers a vast diversity of activities, from the Cross Fit and MMA to Zumba and yoga) go outside. Run around your neighbourhood, go on a walk with your dog, join the dance or tennis classes. Anything that will make you move with joy.


EAT LESS? EAT WISER! 
I am not trying to advocate you to super-extra-ultra diet, enabling you to lose the half of your body weight in only a week. Forget about the snacks, ice creams, sweets and fast food. Sorry but the ingredients of these products speak for themselves (But phhh, I wouldn't hesitate to eat them sometimes, so you should not neither). But, there are some products you can eat unlimited. What are they? Above all: beetroots, apricots, cauliflower, strawberries, watermelons, grapefruits, curly kale and broccoli. Who said you have to starve? Let them starve alone.

DO NOT FORGET TO SLEEP
Surprised? I bet not. I recommend sleeping at least 7 or even 8 hours (which sometimes can be harsh but it is worth it). The less sleep you have, the less relaxed your brain is, the more energy it needs. And where you can find the energy? In food. See how it works? And training after the such a short night is a terrible experience.
BE CLEVER
And observe your body. You know it better than anybody else. And REMEMBER: everything takes it time. You haven't learnt to speak in one week, have you?
